Return & Exchange Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. The product must be returned in the same condition as received, and all original tags and labels must remain attached.

Warranty & Exchange Terms

  • The company provides a warranty on products sold through it for a period ranging from one to two years, as stated in the product description, starting from the purchase date. The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, provided that the issue is caused by a manufacturing fault and not by misuse or any external damage.
  • In cases of misuse, the necessary repairs can be carried out at a cost that is less than half of the actual repair price, depending on the extent of the damage.
  • The product may only be repaired by the company during the warranty period. Any repairs performed outside the company will void the warranty.
  • Maintenance services are available after the warranty period expires. Full repair costs will apply based on the extent of the damage, which will be determined after inspection.
